First you need to look for the property record so a tax bill can be generated:
- Open the Manage Property Records workspace
- Use the Quick Search to find the property record By Owner Name or PIDN#
- Add the the property record if it does not exist
- Click HERE and follow these instructions to add a new property record
- After selecting the property record, from the View tab (Left-Center Panel), select the ** Tax Bills to open the list of existing tax bills for this property
- From the Quick Search tool, copy the Parcel Number to your windows clipboard
- Select the "Tools" tab on the the Left-Center navigation panel
- Select the "New Tax Bill" link to open the wizard
- Type or Paste the Parcel Number and
- On your keyboard, PRESS the TAB key to auto-fill the from from the parcel record data
- Correct the "Reason" and add any Tax Bill Comments desired and then select the Values button
- Confirm the Assessed Value and Value Exemption code and select the Details button to proceed
- On the Level Detail form, select the "Add New Levy" button to open the tool for adding tax bill items to the tax bill
- Single select or multi select with the "Ctrl" button and select the Add button to add items to the tax bill.
- When you are done adding items to the bill, select the Close button to close the Add Levy tool
- Confirm the Bill Total and/or change auto calculation of the items and select the Finish button
- The wizard will finish by creating an tax roll adjustment record/receipt and give you the opportunity to print it.
